I've always used Nivea Strawberry lipbalm and the discount just made me rich with my best ever lipbalms. Although someone decided to steal one and removed 1 piece from a pack of 2 and I got my package with 1 less. An agent then helped with submitting a return and I got my refund. That 1 person messed my experience and trust with Jumia. I'm glad though, I got my refund even though it didn't serve the purpose I intended for it.
