I ordered two items from you guys. Unfortunately I left the packaging at your pick up station- Cossim Mutindwa Road. I found out the flash disk is faulty and the gas cooker takes time too ignite. It's like you're forcing the ignition process. I called the customer care and she arrogantly denied to help me just because I lost the packaging. I really feel like have been robbed
