Great quality & effective for a busy cook

I couldn't wait to test this pan. It is of great quality and works wonders. The meat I grilled came out softer and way better than an oven grill; preserves all the juices that keep meat soft. I love it and recommend it. Cooked very fast, in just a few minutes and came out golden and tasty! Seller however forgot to attach the spatula as advertised, wouldn't mind getting it later :-)

Meat sticks to it

Not the best roasting pan. I tried even cooking sausages but it didn't work as I expected. Basically, what it does best is trap the moisture inside but the cooking is not consistent. Also the long width isn't that good for a gas cooker because the middle section becomes a lot hotter than the sides. All in all it is no different from using a kawaida pan so not worth the excitement.
