I dont like it

You are dishonest the order is hot and cold and you suply hot and warm you should know that we go for online shoping because we dont have time to waste by returning items .....its now the third time you are wastimg my time and since you became dishonest you dicided that we pay before you deliver and when you were honest we use to pay on delivery.
