Used and dirty
The packaging was not original, used and dirty like so often here on Jumia. Jumia not follow up such cases, they only take the money the get from the sales and show no responsibility. It happens so often. I paid for a new item, and so often i got a used and dirty one. Shame on you, you should know it better
