They served the purpose except found them quite expensive.
Highly recommend melatonin at the 10MG because it can pack a punch if you're already tired but not quite ready to fall asleep. If you're wide awake this will make you feel sleepy. It's a supplement not a sleeping pill, so all it does is stimulate the feeling of drowsiness. If you get up and walk around or expose yourself to bright lights and a noisy environment you'll still remain awake. I've used sleeping pills and they have side effects + you start to grow resistant to them. Because melatonin supplements simply stimulate the natural hormonal process, you likely won't experience any side effects, besides maybe feeling drowsier than usual when you wake up.
