worst machine i ever had

Change the machine from a to z, this can't be sold in any market it doesn't work at all,, making a lot of noise without suction power. No way you can improve something that is not working at all. Ramroms has failed big rime

I absolutely love it

I bought this machine on august 23rd so approximately 1 month, and i bought it finally after hearing mix of positive reviews and few negative reviews. Its been nothing but amazing for me , as someone who suffers from dust allergy and had old carpet , everyone was shocked the amount of dust it removed on its first day , it left my rooms so CLEAN, the suction power is really impressive and for 10k i would say its worth it. The manual is extremely shallow but i am glad that youtube tutorials assisted me on how to install it. So far i am using for dry purposes not really tried wet cleaning. The only issue is sometimes the smell and its loud but hey its worth leaving your house dustless so cant argue on that, personally i saw reviews people saying its broken or stopped working so i called ramtons roll free number . and i got nice advice i have been only using it twice a week , in the end its a machine and machines to tear and wear , also make sure to be careful , i use 30 minutes and let it rest to avoid motor issues. Make sure to clean your room and remove any glass , hair or large particles that can clog your machine parts as it brings issues. And if you have installed dry filter ONLY USE DRY purposes I will bring my long review to an end i thought it would be worth putting it since all reviews i saw were quite shallow :).
