Received a Tampered and Incomplete Product

The product appears to have been tampered with. Although it was advertised as brand new, it looks like an old, refurbished heater. Some parts seem bent or hammered to make it look acceptable. In addition, two rubber stands are missing, so the heater cannot be placed properly on a table. At the moment, I cannot use it unless I find something to support it.
