Poor logistics and delivery

This product was shipped with the wrong contact details. Unfortunately, this is not the first but third time Jumia is messing up the delivery process. Every time I have to manually confirm with Wells Fargo if the package is already in the pick up center. ( Yet 99% of the time both Jumia and Wells Fargo guys don;t pick the phone) This product was delivered on time, but it took 2 weeks to receive/ be notified. I'm Disappointed!
