I ordered this product 2 times. The first time the USBC connector was faulty then ordered a return. And re ordered it again as a benefit of doubt.. The second ones came in and guess what? The Left ear has louder audio than the right ear. Overall horrible product 0/10 would not recommend based on the experience I've had with these.
