Poor Service and fake gift item

Dear Jumia Team,I want to express my frustration with the payment method for this order.i had planned to pay using my credit card for this order, but it did not work. I was force to pay using mPesa. Secondly the gift item Smart watch that came with the product is not working at all. Is this fake or dummy...? can you / supplier replace it with one that is working. It does not even have charger.Let me know how you will assist me.I am losing trust and confidence in Jumia if i am not been helped. Thanks and waiting for your reply.Kashyap Chawda
