Defective Phone Returned Without Fix or refund
I bought a phone here and had to return it after just 3 days because it was clearly faulty. During calls, people kept complaining they couldn’t hear me unless I put it on loudspeaker, which drained the battery quickly. I made the effort to return it, only for Jumia to send the item back to me as it is, without properly addressing the problem. Now I’m at a loss, stuck with a defective phone I can’t rely on. This is very disappointing, and I honestly wouldn’t recommend buying electronics from Jumia. Customers deserve fair handling of returns, not to be left stranded with faulty products.
