Functionality is poor

Hey I'm Ben , I actually tried to call customer care didn't pick ,it's alright though. I recently bought a phone from you[Ao6 4gb+128gb ,apparently it's already misfunctioning and it's just one week ???? It drain power alot ,today it actually hanged for some minutes. I had to restart again . I'm honestly worried ???? the other phone I purchased here and ,never had any issue .
