Disingenous

The product capacity and size is far less than the 8 litres indicated on its description and packaging. Was surprised to find out that, but when I raised it with jumuia, I received my worst ever customer experience with them. No logical, convincing nor satisfying explanation given, only insisting that it is what it says it is while even to any average customer it is far less for an 8 litres to the naked eye. I really feel frustrated by this experience and especially how I was handled by one of your "quality control" personell during a phone call she made to me on the same.
