Wrong Color & Used Sold as New

Horrible experience with Jumia, again. Item received is not as advertised. Deceiving seller. Received White set, instead of Black, as advertised. Box was opened and resealed. Headphones are dirty and full of dust! I have photos for proof! No. I don't recommend buying from this seller! I don't have time to go and return the item myself. Another problem with Jumia. That we must go and drop off our own returns. Terrible experience. Jumia is dropping the ball when it comes to service. I will start shopping elsewhere.
