Bought three of this batteries and were all defective. Returned 2 of them but still have another one. The seller is not responding while it is still under one year warranty.

Awful customer service
The customer service does not listen. The needed two 100ah batteries but I am not able to get this message through. So I would suggest that you don’t buy solar products from Jumia. The whole experience has been awful. Not what you’re expected from such an organisation
