I appreciate your follow-up regarding the products I purchased from your site, but I need to address some serious issues. The panel was clearly labelled as 300W, yet it only produces 100W. Despite the misleading sticker, my measurements confirm this discrepancy. Furthermore, the battery is entirely ineffective; it cannot even power a television. Additionally, the bulbs provided are for AC use instead of the specified DC. This situation is unacceptable, and I am extremely dissatisfied with my purchase.
