smaller than 100watts

I picked the two solar panels i purchased but they are too small for 100watts solar panels, they have a fake solarmax sticker but they are not solarmax, im a fundi i have been buying solarmax pannels for my clients but this time i fee i have been conned. I dont know what to tell my cient, i tried chatting we the seller but they blocked me!
