poor customer care

They sold me a cooker that wasn't working and the buttons were opposite side, I had already lost my 10 days since I wasn't around and so I couldn't claim for a refund,Jumia tried helping me I got the vendor's number and he was so rude, and just dismissed me saying I shouldn't call them, Jumia should be the one calling, so it was back and forth ,and when Jumia finally said they have agreed to fix, they asked me to carry the cooker from Rongai to their store that is in lunga lunga, plus the cooker was delivered by a boda guy which was too heavy for him,and when he got help they mishandled it. They don't care about the customer once the get the money.
