Integrity issues

Bought this flash for office use and it didn't work on various laptops I tried it on. I returned it but you refused to acknowledge the problem and returned it back. You never gave the feedback we talked abt on phone. I mentioned you try copying files on it so you can see the problem but you ignored; I've been a Jumia customer for 5yrs plus but you just lost a customer
