I can feel the change

It worked for me as soon as 2 weeks in, Suddenly I could do more reps...and I can endure more pain while lifting. A great product indeed. However, some few mild side effects I've noticed....pain in the chin...throat is clogged with mucus...though I guess its because I take it with cold water...you should try taking it with juice if you can.
