It was great. I actually gained weight consistently after using it. Like 3.5kgs within one month. I was more Active as I used it due to the presence of Creatine in it. The taste is super. But once you stop using it, you go back to default. The best advice is to use it consistently if you're after long term results in your physique. Or else, hit the gym raw. That's what I'm doing more but I won't mind buying it any other time I feel like.
