Awesome because it is affordable, and available. Hard to find a good whey in this price range and because of that I give it four stars. It mixes well, but you will still need that shaker. Does the job. Taste? I would imagine this is sugar with protein added. Either my taste buds are built different or this thing is entirely too sweet. You still need to lift heavy for this to be worth it. If you're just starting out, skip it. If you are in the gym 3 days a week or less skip it. If you can afford your fishes and your chickens and your lean beefs, skip it. But if you're like me lifting consistently but finding it hard to hit your protein goals on your budget, grab it. Then save up and get something better made. Like an Isolate.
