Sound disappeared 3 months later/No warranty

It has been 3 months since I bought the TV. Suddenly the TV has no sound, sound disappeared completely. The TV is on but there is no sound. I have tried calling the Vitron warranty center 10 times but they do not answer calls. I have sent them Whatsapp messages but they ignore me. I regret buying Vitron. Avoid this brand and this seller.
