I order two items you end up delivery of wrong item, then you put me on 5 day refund process.Poor refunding procedure forcing me to Wait the product to be received back at stores for quality check, yet I never took the product from your Jumia office - only checked and denied receiving wrong item. Also poor customer service on call, they respond as if forced to do so nkt.
