I bought 2 of these tvs about one month apart, one for myself and the other for my mum, both have developed issues at around the third month. The first tv completely lost sound. The second tv is now hanging every time. For the first tv I tried calling the warranty center but they never responded, despite me sending messages, Whatsapp and voice calls
