Disappointed, only the tv and decoder is working.

I bought this tv cus it’s suppose to be smart tv, it’s not working. It’s connected to wifi and internet is available but yet will not play a song, same for Netflix it can’t even start a movie it will just freeze and the internet is strong since it’s working for my laptop and phone. Disappointed ????
