I dnt like this phone.
Hi, Having purchased the phone one month ago, it is not functional in the normal way, the whole screen has gone white and it is invisible, hangs frequently when being in hot environment especially sunny areas, poor network reception especially at night . It has not met any of my expectations. Please advise on how to return the phone for a replacement. It is one of the worst product that I have bought from Jumia. Looking for your feedback.
