It has not worked for me

I ordered for the remote to be used on my Vision Plus Smart TV but it is not communicating with the TV. It has compatibility issues. I will appreciate if you can exchange it for me to acquire the normal remote that is compatible with my TV. From your site I can see the normal one goes for round 850/=
