Fast, tasty chips which I cook at 130 degrees and then crisp at 180 degrees. If mob chips, I do 140 degrees and script at 190 degrees. A minor issue - the plastic cap for the metal cover did not fit well with the screws (needs a washer) I got also 4 black plastic rubbers (that look different from the metal holder) which I'm yet to figure out where/how they are used. Perhaps someone threw in the wrong ones for this one or ones that are not needed. All in all, this frier is worth it!
