Extremely Disappointed!

I’m extremely disappointed with the items I received in this package. The earpods are clearly fake. They were most likely swapped from what was advertised. They take the entire day to charge, yet when used, the battery dies within 2 minutes of playing a song. That’s unacceptable. The included LED watch looks like something made for a primary school child. It barely displays digits properly, and it seems like water may have entered it. It's completely unusable. While the phone itself is decent, I strongly doubt the 5000mAh battery claim. Even with minimal use from 11am to 3pm, the battery drops below 10%. This is far from what was promised. However, the charging speed is good, so I’ll acknowledge that. The screen protector provided is a joke — it only covers half the screen. It’s the type of cheap Ksh 100 accessory that doesn't fit and offers no real protection. I had to buy a proper one separately. Overall, this feels like a classic case of over-promising and under-delivering. The accessories are substandard, and I feel completely let down. I expect better quality and transparency from a seller. Please look into this.
