Recipe:- Heat 4 tbsp oil in a pan. Add 1 tsp of cumin seeds and 1 % cup finely chopped onions. Sauté all the onion turns translucent. Now add 2 tsp ginger garlic paste and sauté on a low flame till the onion turns golden brown.
- It is time now to add 2 tbsp Badshah Chana Masala, 1% cup tomato puree. tsp Badshah red chilli powder, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 4 tsp Badshah turmeric powder, 1 tsp Badshah dry mango powder and 1 green chilli finely chopped. And stir for a few minutes till the water evaporates.
- Add half a cup of water and 200 grams chickpeas (kala chana) to the pan. Simmer on a low heat for 10-15 minutes stirring continuously.
- Gamish with small onion rings, slices of tomato, and a wedge of lemon. Serve with Indian rotisor Indian breads.
