Fake! Fake! Fake Product! Smells like spoilt milk.

Jumia needs to stop stocking fake products. This is literally Not Palmers cocoa butter lotion. 1st the smell is pungent. You would think its rotten sour milk. Why dispatch such a product to your customers Jumia?

Fake Product!

I am deeply dissatisfied and disappointed by this product. 1. This is like buying coloured water. It’s consistency is absolutely off! Since when is Palmer’s similar to water?!!! 2. It has a weird smell so definitely not palmers. Definitely not cocoa butter. For 1k, I felt I threw my money down the drain. 3. Why would you sell a counterfeit product? Seriously? You can notify us instead of letting us spend so much to get something that isn’t legit. My experience has been horrible and I regret making this purchase. I think for now, I would rather buy oil at a cosmetic shop because what even is this? There’s no way I can return this and there is no way I can apply this product. Kindly do better with the products you give to your customers. This is below quality! With love, A deeply disappointment customer!
