For purchasing the correct replacement battery, please check your original battery and also the specific laptop model. (Combine Method 1 and Method 2)

Method 1. Remove your laptop back cover to check your original battery’s part number, shape. Then search the part number to find the replacement battery.

Method 2. Check your specific laptop model name. (method: Press [Win] + [R] key , enter [msinfo32] or [dxdiag] , then click OK to find your system model. Find the replacement battery base on your laptop model name.

For Optimal battery Use:

•             Please install the battery correctly and ensure that the battery interface and the motherboard are firmly connected. Use Skills - If the new battery is not recognized during the initial installation, please reinstall and check if the interface is fully connected.

•             If you install the battery and the laptop cannot detect the battery or the battery level cannot be displayed normally, check whether the battery cable was installed properly.

•             Discharge the new battery to 5% (not 0%), then charge and cycle 3-4 times to get the new battery a full capacity.

•             The important point is to perform a full discharge charge every other month to extend battery life.

•             Don't connect adapter for a long time while using the battery. It may damage the battery.

•             Avoid artificial shocks, disassembly, crush or puncture. Do not dispose of in fire or water.

•             Avoid using the battery in an environment where the temperature is too high or too low.

•             Please use the original charger to charge the laptop.
