Fake and Doesn't work.

I have spent weeks with the scale and cannot figure out how it works. The item does not have a proper user manual. After turning on the scale all you have in the display are Zeros, eventually turning off after 5 minutes of inactivity. When I got to PCS counting, the scale shows overweight, i.e Exceeding 30kg, even when nothing is placed on its pan. I did look-up on how to calibrate the scale ( operation 7 on the user manual ) and this particular item does not stabilize. Hence I conclude that this is a is a FAKE plastic propped a led display; and a swindle to any interested customers. Furthermore I cannot communicate with the seller to request for any guidance; I will attempt further and update(if successful) after next month. For now, DO NOT BUY THIS Item it will cost you more to figure out how to use it!
