Duracoat Vinyl Silk (Sheen) 1L & 4L - Lily Green

Duracoat Vinyl Silk Emulsion paint is designed to give a good durable sheen (silky) finish on surfaces which are washable and are suitably prepared and undercoated. It is ideal as a finish in living rooms, bed rooms, dining rooms, kitchens, hospital rooms etc.

SURFACE PREPARATION

All surfaces to be painted must be clean, dry, free from dusts, grease or any loose material. Cracks and defects must be filled with the appropriate crack filler followed by the appropriate primer. For new unpainted cement or plaster surfaces: apply one coat of DuraCoat Universal Undercoat or Duracoat Emulsion Undercoat followed by 2-3 coats of Duracoat Vinyl Silk Emulsion. For previously painted surfaces: clean the surface and remove loose, flaking and powdery materials. Apply one coat of DuraCoat Universal Undercoat or Duracoat Emulsion Undercoat followed by 2-3 coats of DuraCoat Vinyl Silk Emulsion

SPREAD RATE: 12-14 Square metres per litre when applied on smooth non[1]porous surfaces

DRYING TIME: Surface Dry: 20-30 minutes

Re-Coating Time: 3 hours

APPLICATION: By brush, rollers, conventional spray

THINNING: Up to 25% (Vol.) with water if applied by brush or roller. If applied by spray, more water may be needed to adjust to sprayable viscosity.
