Given this regional practice, it’s likely Aurose Blanc uses one or more of these typical white varietals (or a blend), to yield a wine with freshness, aromatic clarity and a “Provence white” style.

As with many Mediterranean-region whites: grapes are generally pressed and fermented at controlled low temperatures in stainless steel vats to preserve fruit, freshness, minerality and aromatic purity (common for Provence whites) — although I couldn’t find a public “vinification sheet” for this exact cuvée.
