The Epimax emollient cream is carefully formulated using mild concentrations of cetomacrogol, glycerin, and vitamin B3 to soothe baby’s delicate skin and offer a long-lasting moisturising effect on dry skin conditions, including eczema and psoriasis. It contains glycerin, which supports the skin by attracting and locking in moisture, making the skin not only soft, smooth, and supple to the touch but also preventing it from overdrying. Epimol-B Baby and Junior Cream can be used as a soap substitute and diluted/mixed.
