Epimol-B Baby/Junior Cream 450grams is a gentle, fragrance-free, and colorant-free moisturizer specifically formulated for delicate and sensitive skin. Enriched with 10% glycerin, it provides intense hydration and long-lasting relief from dryness and itchiness associated with eczema and psoriasis. Suitable for babies, children, and adults, this cream helps restore and maintain the skin’s natural barrier, promoting overall skin health and comfort.

This is suitable for use as an everyday nappy cream. This cream can be used during each nappy change. When a small amount is applied to clean, dry skin as part of the nappy change routine, the cream creates a barrier between baby’s delicate skin and the nappy. If delays occur between the nappy becoming wet and it being changed, the barrier helps protect the skin from coming into contact with the moisture, which can cause nappy rash. Clinically tested, Epimol-B is Dermatologist and Pediatrician approved. It is not tested on animals and is free from Lanolin.
