It works, but you have to brush a lot
I had to brush with normal toothpaste at least twice per day while also brushing with the Eucryl two times per day. I.e. once in the morning with normal toothpaste and then another brush with the Eucryl. And the same thing at night. You're teeth will whiten, but you also have to floss to keep your teeth white, otherwise your teeth will turn yellow very quickly (in a week or so) if you have a poor diet (too much carbohydrates) and are in poor health. You have to be very consistent and teeth whitening effect is very short-lived. It would be easier to change your diet or stop smoking.
