WIN 7, WIN 8, WIN 10 will automatically install the driver under a network connection. The driver can only be installed automatically if the operating system is automatically updated and connected to the Internet network. The download time of the drivers is related to the speed of the network, usually about 10 minutes.
Q3:Is it possible to modify the serial port side?
A3:If there is an error in the port, please change it to USB-SERIAL-PORT in Device Manager, and select the port in use when you change it.
Q4:What should I do if the product does not work properly?
A4:The first step is to plug and unplug the USB port again, or change the USB port.
Step 2, check if the driver is installed successfully or find the driver automatically.
Step 3, restart the computer and plug in the USB twice.
If it still does not work properly, try another computer or contact customer service.
