Rosemary's unique, piney, woodsy flavor compliments poultry, fish, lamb, beef, veal, pork; enhances tomatoes, spinach, peas, mushrooms, cheese, eggs, and lentils. It has a bittersweet flavor and delicious aroma. this pine-looking plant is adored for its scent.
