Instructions:
Step 1: Position the combination dial to the current combination position, as shown in the red box (this example uses the initial combination of 0-0-0).
Step 2: Pull up the shackle. Note the small protrusion and groove on the inside of the base of the shackle, which will be useful for adjustment later.
Step 3: Rotate the shackle 90 degrees counterclockwise and press firmly into the lock. The small protrusion mentioned above must be completely inside the lock body and not visible!
Step 4: Press the lock lever fully in place as in step 3, then rotate the shackle another 90 degrees counterclockwise. Release your grip to achieve the position shown in the figure. The small protrusion at the bottom of the shackle should still be completely inside the lock body.
Step 5: Turn the combination wheel to the desired combination position (the figure uses the new combination of 0-0-9 as an example).
Step 6: Return the shackle to its original position to activate the new combination.
