1.2m Straight Olympic Barbell Rod

The bright chrome coating on the shaft and sleeves protects from oxidation and wear. The bar is 10KG, 1200mm long, it has 28mm shaft diameter, made of alloy steel and snap ring construction, 45K psi tensile strength rating and a max load of 120kgs, which is more than sufficient for a curl bar. The 1.2 mm diamond knurl, a standard knurl allows for easy, comfortable grip.

Needle bearings and 2 bronze bushings to provide minimal but smooth rotation. can be used for accessory work such as bicep curls, close grip curls, reverse curls and tri-cep extensions etc.
