Q2: Do I need to install the driver? A2: For systbelow WIN7, install the driver manually. WIN7, WIN8, WIN10 automatically install the driver when connected to the Internet.

Q3: Can the serial port be modified? A3: If there is a port error, please change it under Device Manager-USB-Serial-Port. When

changing, please select the port in use.

Q4: What if the product cannot be used normally? A4: Step 1: re-plug the USB port, or change a USB port. Step 2: Check whether the driver is installed, or find the driver automatically. Step 3: Restart the computer and plug in the USB interface again. Step 4: Try another computer.
