You Get What You Pay For

It's been a very versatile product so far with several ways you can mount and use it to train different muscles. It came with a handy manual that I wish was part of the vendor images to better demonstrate and sell how it could be used. I wasn't really impressed by the quality of the bands but they haven't been a problem in my usage so far. The real problem is the fabric straps they attach to. They seem to stretch and want to tear if you push them hard. Fortunately, I had a rigid plastic and metal handle from another set of bands that I once had and I replaced the
