Working principle:

Turn on the power supply early, through the negative temperature coefficient of the thermistor to the load power supply, with the thermistor temperature increases, the resistance decreases, the voltage rises slowly, thus effectively suppre the surge current on the impact of the line and other electrical Impact. About 5 seconds after the relay pull, short-circuit thermistor, the power supply through the relay contacts directly to the load power supply, load into the normal working condition.
