2. This is a capacitive pickup that simply connects around the insulation of an ignition circuit component such as a plug wire.
3. The Secondary ignition probe obtains the signal using a capacitive clip and a conditioning circuit in order to deliver a readable waveform to the oscilloscope.
4. It comes with a shielded 2.5m lead.
5. Suitable for use with conventional ignition systems and most HEI and DIS systems.
