            How to Use

1. Remove the hydrogel cream and refrigerate.
2. Wash your hands well before use to avoid bacteria growing on the hydrogel patch.
3. Remove the patch from the refrigerator and tear off the edge to retain the matching transparent PE film for later storage.
4. Align the center point of the patch with the nipple and attach the sticky side to the breast.
5. Gently apply the patch to the breast, pressing and flattening it from the middle to the perimeter so it fits the breast properly.
6. Change the cold patch after 30 minutes of slow tearing off from the edge to make the PE film on the surface restored. It can be used for up to 24 hours.
