Installation Method
1. It can be installed in a 4S shop. Before installation, park the car on a flat ground, and prepare buffer glue, jack (if it is more convenient to mount the rack), soapy water (also can be replaced by detergent diluted water);
2. Use a jack to lift the body of the installation site (or the upper frame to lift the whole vehicle), the spring is stretched to facilitate installation. The suspension spring can be fully seen, there is no need to raise it too high;
3. Spray soapy water to clean the spring (mainly to remove sand stains on the surface of the spring), and also spray some soapy water to lubricate the buffer rubber (enough lubrication will make the spring easier to place and adjust), and thoroughly clean the soapy water after installation , To prevent automobile safety parts-damping springs from rusting and breaking, causing human injuries;
4. Install the cushion rubber in the middle of the spring, put down the car body after the wheels are installed, and confirm that the spring is inserted into the upper and lower grooves of the cushion rubber.

2. Regardless of the style of the spring as a whole (straight, conical, inverted, barrel), the cushion rubber must be installed in the middle of the spring to achieve the effect. The outward or inward opening of the cushion glue does not affect the use effect, but the opening inward will be more beautiful.
3. When the car body is lifted up, the spring is in a stretched state, and the spring spacing during stretching cannot match the cushion rubber (so the car body should not be raised too high), try to let the spring into the cushion rubber slot or Single side into the slot. When lowering the car body slowly, check and note that the spring is completely inserted into the upper and lower grooves of the cushion rubber.
4. After the cushion glue is installed properly, it is recommended to use nylon cable ties to tighten the cushion glue and the spring as a whole at the position of the cushion glue hole. When lifting the top, the spring is not easy to leave the buffer glue slot.
What do You Need to Pay Attention after Installing
1. After installation, be sure to check that the spring can be properly inserted into the upper and lower grooves of the cushion rubber! If a cushion rubber with an inappropriate distance from the spring is installed, it may affect the comfort, and the cushion rubber cannot be used normally.
2. A few days after installation, you can check again to see if the cushioning glue is suitable, whether it was installed at the beginning, etc.
3. Special reminder: If the car body is lifted in the future (such as overhaul or tire replacement, etc.), the spring may go out of the buffer rubber slot if the spring is stretched. Check and pay attention to the spring return buffer glue in the upper and lower grooves. This is an important note that is easy to be overlooked.
